I’m passionate about real estate and helping others use it as a tool to build long-term financial security. As both a homeowner and active real estate investor, I understand the critical role real estate can play in a family’s path toward financial independence. My goal is to fully understand each client’s unique needs and provide the highest level of personal service. That means I work directly for you throughout the entire buying or selling process, and I don’t pass you off to another agent.
Over the years, I’ve built an extensive national network of trusted agents, lenders, investors, and syndication operators. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing in Hawaiʻi or on the mainland, I can connect you with the right people and resources to help you achieve your goals.
As a long-time real estate investor myself, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find professionals, especially property managers, who truly act in an owner’s best interest. I’ve personally experienced the frustration of hiring and firing underperforming managers for my own properties across the U.S. That experience gives me a unique perspective and a strong sense of accountability in how I manage homes for others.
I’ve sold more than 50 homes in Hawaiʻi, representing over $40 million in transaction volume. In addition to residential sales, I provide property management services primarily on Windward Oʻahu, tailored to the specific needs of each client and property. I currently manage over 43 rental units, generating more than $1.4 million in annual rents, with an estimated portfolio value exceeding $35 million.
I treat every property as if it were my own, taking full ownership of its care, performance, and long-term value. This approach is especially important for military landlords managing homes from across the country or overseas. I understand both the demands of military life and the challenges of owning rental property thousands of miles away. My commitment is to provide responsive, dependable service so you can have peace of mind—wherever life or duty takes you.
While I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, what truly sets me apart is my firsthand experience with the military lifestyle and its impact on the homebuying and relocation process. I’ve lived it, and I understand the pressures service members and their families face.
About Me
My career began as a registered financial advisor before I enlisted in the U.S. Navy, a decision that ultimately brought me to Hawaiʻi. I reported to a Pearl Harbor based submarine in 2006, fell in love with the islands, and never left. After ten years of active duty, I transitioned directly into the Navy Reserves, where I I rose to rank of Chief Petty Officer prior to commissioning as a Submarine Electronics Limited Duty Officer (LDO). I continue to serve today as a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserve, currently the Commanding Officer of a Guam-based Fire and Emergency Services unit.
I hold an MBA from Hawaiʻi Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University. I’ve been a licensed real estate agent in Hawaiʻi since 2014 and a Broker since 2019, specializing in residential sales and property management. My background in finance, auditing, investment analysis, and military leadership brings a disciplined, analytical, and client-first approach to real estate.
Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my family and outdoors—surfing, hiking, running, paddling, and volunteering in the local community. My family and I live, work, and play in beautiful Kailua, and I’m proud to serve the community we call home.
