When we decided to move out of the state and rent out our house, we were nervous about finding tenants and managing them from afar. A friend recommended Chip and he has been absolutely amazing. He quickly found us excellent tenants and negotiated a mutually agreeable rent and they were moved in just days after we moved out. We’re happy and tenants are happy.
